Termite treatment took 3 hours, including 45 minutes to pin prick or cut holes and inject chemicals in the faucets in two bathrooms and the kitchen, and in a bedroom wall; plus 1½ hours to dig a trench around the entire outside of the house, spray in the chemicals, and fill in the trench. There is a 2-year warranty against future termites. Each year on the date of the original treatment, Kevin will return to check that all is well and make any corrections (free of cost) that might be necessary. Afterwards, the warranty can be renewed each year for 10% of the original treatment cost. Kevin was very professional and kindly showed me and explained each pin prick/hole, before I signed the papers, and wrote the check.
